Having problems to view the chart?

If you computer is facing problems to view the index Chart on the homepage, check out the items below and follow the procedures indicated:

Flash Player 7.0 System or higher
To view the index Chart you computer will require Flash Player 7.0 (or higher).

To download Flash Player or its update, log on to the link below and click on the Install Now option. Download Flash 7.0 free of charge.

Browser Security Configuration

Check out that your browser has been set up at either “High” or “Customized” security level, which prevents the data file used by our applications from downloading to the user's station.

To solve this problem, with your browser open, you must:

  • Access Tools
  • Click on Internet Options



  • In the opening dialog box, click on the Security tab.
  • Select the Default Level option and then slide the left bar up to the Medium level.

Once the changes are completed, confirm by clicking on OK.


If you see the message "Data Unavailable"

  • Access Tools
  • Click on Internet Options
  • In the opening dialog box, click on the General tab.
  • In the Browsing History option, click on the Delete button.


  • Click on the Delete Files and OK to confirm the file deletion
  • Then click on Delete cookies and OK to confirm the cookies deletion


  • Click on Close

Once the cache cleaning is completed, confirm by clicking on OK.

Then leave the website and try to access it again.
