As of July 21 Banco Banco UBS Pactual S.A., through UBS Pactual CTVM S.A., has been acting as market maker for the stocks issued by Tegma Gestão da Logística S.A.
The role of the broker is to handle bid and ask offerings and constantly help boosting liquidity and improving price formation processes for the asset, traded under the code TGMA3.
In all there are 101 assets counting on Market Maker services; 91 shares, 5 BDRs and 5 are corporate bonds traded on BOVESPA Fix, the fixed income market.
BOVESPA has authorized market makers to ensure liquidity for assets and the activity was also authorized by Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) on March 17, 2003, through CVM Instruction 384, and regulated by BOVESPA Resolution 293 dated July 22, 2003 (Equity) and Resolution 300 of July 20, 2004 (Fixed Income).
